No Joke...It's Snow here in the central valley of California. Been 18 years since the last snowfall
Its been 18 years since we've had any snowfall in the central valley of California
Driving through my hometown of Exeter California on Monday, and it looked like it was going to snow.
I'm @runridefly, and I've only seen snow 3 times in the valley in the last 44 years.

Great photos @runridefly! I have similar situation with snow. When I was on college in Zagreb, I proved myself as a very clumsy walker on snow
@dumar022, we usually have to drive for 40 minutes to get to any snow. A few cars had spun out because they weren't used driving in snowy road conditions. Steem on my steemit friend.
You keep the horrible white stuff you need it more than us :)

@cognoscere, it's too warm for all that. California's sun melted the snow quickly.
I figured as much, and I knew you wouldn't have that stuff, just teasing 😉 Even in NJ where we get our fair share of snow most folks don't bother with snow tires, and I think chains might even be illegal. An ice-scrapper though is mandatory equipment along with wiper fluid good to below freezing temps.
I hate the time I had to drive in Kansas City in snow. Worse when they had to salt the road. wonder how ready is California in clearing them when it so rarely happens.
