Breathtaking, colorful explosions at the Fireworks Festival in Zagreb, Croatia @steepahot gallery of 4 best moments captured that night
As promised in the teaser, here is a gallery of my favourite fireworks that day. Had to post it through my phone to get the gallery mode so some image quality might be lost. Also steepahot has cropped in on them because of the fact I'm posting from the phone and it is killing me tbh. Hopefully they implement galleries in the web version of the app in the near future....
The event takes place on the Sava riverbank by Bundek Lake. Here, pyrotechnicians will prepare a high end show, luxuriant and loud fireworks. All pyrotechnical teams are specialised in running large public firework displays and have many years of experience and hundreds of firework displays behind them. Apart from the spectacle in the night sky above Zagreb, visitors, get a chance enjoy performances by famous Croatian musicians, for FREE. Unless you want to come there a couple of hours before the fireworks, then you would need to pay something like 3€. Otherwise you can enter couple of minutes before the fireworks begin as the security guys take down the fence and people are let in.
The festival was packed full of people who were eager to see the show four teams have to put out over three days. Participants were from Russia "Bolshoy Prazdnik", Austria “ Fire Event“, Belgium “ HC Pyrotechnics” and Croatia "Mirnovec Pirotehnika".
Who won? I have no clue but if you ask me it is obviously Mirnovec Pirotehnika for their three colored firework (red, white and blue) representing our nations flag that blew my mind away.

That's pretty epic! I work with a Pyro company in South Africa sometimes but not for big public displays. Just spark displays on our dance props. Pyrotechnic Dancers :)

What camera you have ? I tried to make with smartphone similar pictures , and this is result . Not really similar to yours :)
