Isn't it against the rules to have more than one account?
No it is not. Many people have multiple accounts. It's only wrong if you are abusing the TOS some way. Or to spam or do something shady. I'm not doing that. I'm separating my content and will be producing quality content on any and all accounts.

So if I was a whale loaded with steem I could create 10 accounts and drain the system by upvoting on my posts. And I could post 40 posts a day instead of 4.
Sure. If you were a whale it's possible. But then you'd also have a lot of SP invested in those 10 accounts! ;)
Anyway people are doing it already, so it's not a big surprise.
