Influx happens when there is no employment opportunities.

The season for harvesting have started. People still facing scarcity of water. Most of the people in our state depend upon natural rainfall. Sometimes rainfall doesn't occure on time and they have to face several problems. Our economy is based on agriculture. Due to such problems now a days people start to move other
industrial statess to earn a livelihood.

Yesterday, when I had a talk with a villager, he told me that there are only a few youngsters reamin in the village. After completion of their graduation they remain unemployed and move to other states for a better livelihood.
