Lost DC3 Planewreck in Iceland
Located between the City of Vik y Myradl, Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss you'll find an old planewreck - a Douglas DC3, that was once owned by the US Army. It crashed in 1973, probably caused by an empty fuel tank.
It's a 50 minute walk from the Ringroad to the place where the planewreck is located, but it's definitely woth a visit!
