Cave with water
This was a picture taken at Devil's Punch bowl in Oregon. To get the picture, I had to wall walk with my left foot on the left wall and my right foot on the right wall out over the water. Then I held the camera between my legs and took the picture. The water here is about 5 feet deep, but the currents are sweeping in and out every couple of seconds.
