Everyone is at Steemfest2 - meanwhile in northern Idaho...An amateur photography session has taken place.
The first snow of the season has come to Coeur d'Alene and many of the surrounding areas.
Unfortunately for (inexperienced) drivers, it was mostly ice - But fortunately for today's Steemit post, it was, well, mostly ice.

Seems as if Autumn has been frozen in time.
It's crazy how beautiful something can be when it's trapped in ice.
Welp, guess that apples not going to make it to harvest...

Sweet photos! We are definitely getting snow very soon, actually this has been the warmest fall we've had in eons, in just started getting cold about a week ago.

It snowed near Seattle today, too. Over here on the Olympic Peninsula, the freeze level dropped to about 1200 feet; snow on the foothills this morning.
Driving on ice is not much fun... be careful out there!

Glorious surrounding area with nice landscaping view. terrific effort and skillful photography. Like as professional photographer. Drop snow ice on to the fruits, multi coloring leafs. Its awesome and random snapshot.

Ha ha! The "tarp over that" picture still has me guffawing. As the proud owner of an entire farm that is covered with about six inches of snow, guess I will just have to accept that a bunch of my "stuff" is now blanketed in a different way!
