Winter in Siberia is very beautiful. In Krasnoyarsk, the Yenisei River does not freeze in winter, since upstream is platinum with a power station. When it starts to freeze, everything is covered with a thick layer of frost. Frosts last not long, but reach -40 degrees Celsius.
