Graphite is a contemporary art form with essentially urban characteristics. They are paintings and drawings made on walls and public walls. It is not simply a graffiti, but an artistic expression. It intends to interfere in the landscape of the city, conveying different ideas.

Wow, this is pretty sweet art. Is this common in belgium and not for nothing but that second photo kind of looks like Jim Carrey, don't you think?
In Hasselt there is a lot of graffiti, or more than in the other cities in Belgium that I know of... He sure looks like Jim Carrey and he also looks like another actor who's name I don't know...
