A Gardener's Glory
This is my in-laws garden -- and one of my favourite places in the world.
The garden is an ever-changing work of art, in part due to their own hands and in part due to the work of Mother Nature. It exemplifies what a person can achieve with hard work, dedication and long-term focus.
That's a nice flower garden. It looks like mostly perennials. I prefer perennials since most require less water than annuals and therefore are easier to keep alive in the hot dry summer.
Yes, I believe they are. They've put a lot of work in to creating the garden, but designed it to be relatively low maintenance. I just love how much it changes over the course of the year.
