Boulder Valley Velodrome - Erie, Colorado
I raced bikes in college and still enjoy watching the Tour de France. We usually record the race and watch it after work. Yesterday, we decided to pause the race and head over to the Boulder Valley Velodrome in Erie, Colorado for Thursday night races. I never had a chance to race in a velodrome, or try my hand at track racing but it looks like it would have been fun. There was an entire evening or races lined up and we got there right as the last women's race was ending. We will be going back again to see more races. They had a large spectators are where I could stand to take pictures, and they allow for picnicking.
