Film photography...sort of?
I just got a new camera and it's on film. Now you might imagine something amazing looking with all those beautiful moving parts and all..but, no. It's just an old point and shoot on film.
OLD old. From 1986.
It has a certain appeal though and it's been fun to get it to work. Now I'm shooting snapshots and waiting for the film to finish so I can develop and see what's what. Pretty cool and exciting.
My plan is to take mostly portraits and see how people react to it. Maybe they'll be more willing to "pose".
Maybe not.
I enjoy the feeling of it in my hand and the sounds it makes when you take a photo. It's soothing and reassuring. Something happened here. But you'l find out what in a few days or weeks.
