Very cool pics. The snowy owl tops the list. It's really hard to find an owl in the wild to photograph. I've never seen a snowy owl in the wild, much photograph one. A couple years ago Andrea and I took a trip to a place called Angel Fire. On the way, we encountered a small owl that almost hits our car and at the last second veered off. We also encountered two Great horned owls in the road. The events happened so fast, that there was no time for pics, as we were driving. We later told that encountering that many owls in one trip, even at night was very unusual.
