Aceh River, The Pulse of City

Hi stemians...
This is a portrait of the Aceh River. This river is the pulse of the city of Banda Aceh. The Aceh River is a historic river. Ancient civilizations of Aceh were built along this river valley.

The location of this picture I took at Peunayong Bridge. Approximately 1.5 KM from the mouth of the river. Estuary of the Aceh river in the past played a significant role in the marine Southeast Asia. From here Bandar Aceh Darussalam is known.
