Interesting! I'll see if I can dig up a photo I took of ice crystals that had formed on the cover of a book about growing apple trees - that I had left outside years ago. The ice crystals seemed to take on the shape of trees/branches... Ice crystals are so cool!
OK - found them - it was actually inside the cover - because the cover had been folded over (paperback book) - not the clearest photos. ;)
