OH, Wow! This was my mother's favorite kind of tree. There is a street in Santa Barbara, CA that has Jacaranda trees on both sides of the street. It is amazing driving down that street when they are in bloom. Thanks for sharing these photos! I miss those trees. They don't grow here in Oregon. :(
