Blue-jeans Frog. Costa Rica

It is one of the most famous frogs in Costa Rica, it is a small, diurnal and terrestrial frog, measuring 1.5 to 2.5 cm, very abundant and lush colors.
It is usually seen on the leaf litter in the rain forest moving in a combination of jumps and steps. Males are territorial and sing from the base of trees or fallen branches. Males in competition can often be seen in fights in which they stand and embrace wrestling type that can last up to 20 minutes.
