Photographer Eric Marrian is an architect by education. It seems that he creates his photographs in the same way as building drawings: using a ruler and a compass. The artist enters the model in an oval, forms a triangle. The hips are the columns, the inclined body - the arch, the arms and legs superimposed on each other - the wall.
He skillfully works with space, then filling it completely, then leaving a wasteful amount of air. But this is not a game in Lego, but a spiritualized geometry. And the geometrical work confirms the old theory of the mathematical basis of the world. It seems that the human body in its ideal manifestation was created on the basis of a certain ingenious equation and the true meaning of life - in the infinite solution of this problem.
