Deranged Photography Contests - Tuesday Landscape Photography: Alone in New Zealand
Not a soul in the world
This was the feeling that I had and that I wanted to capture a few years ago during my travel through New Zealand. Magnificent country, with nature preserved like it should be. But it is also quite large with only a few million inhabitants which makes it easier to preserve your nature. And it has another upside. At some places you are just all by yourself. Me, myself and I... and an amazing view, of course.
I am kind of getting homesick when I look at this picture again. Because crowded Flanders is kind of the opposite of what New Zealand is like.
