Squash casserole... sounds yummy, I don't think I've ever had that, or even heard of it. I like to try new recipies, this one looks delicious. And maybe a tiny bit healthy, even with all the cheese on top in the end. At least the veg you grew yourself is likely to have good nutrition to it! Looks good!
Yes, they tasted wonderful! Nothing better than getting veg out of your own garden. They are tender and there is natural sweetness in them. You've never had that dish? Where are you from?
