Daily Photo(s) #12 - Melbourne Docklands

The Docklands in Melbourne is one of my favourite places to whip out the camera. It's ever changing and growing architecture make it a delight to visit time after time.

Case in point are the two buildings below. Looking at them however makes me think two words - bent pineapple - and no matter what I do, I can't seem to get the words out of my mind.

But they make for an interesting foreground to capture one of Dockland's icons - the Melbourne Start. Usually this huge Ferris Wheel has a kaleidoscope of colours, but tonight it was simply green.
