Dragonflies and Pear Blossoms on the Apple Farm (Part 2)
No doubt in my mind that these are of the most beautiful blossoms!
Due to the coldish weather conditions today, very few dragonflies were around, but I made a plan to show you some other beauties that you will hopefully also enjoy!
Have a look!
Here you are, as this was the only one that I could find today!
I did also find another mating pair of Longicorn beetles on the pear blossoms!
And here is a beautiful little Papillon (Butterfly for you!
Finally, in the late afternoon, this little Damselfly came along to pose for a photo!
And that's it for today, as we were busy with charity work most of the day. But the great thing here is that we can take just a short walk in any direction here on the farm and something to shoot will pop up. Mother nature's handbag is always full of surprises and one only has to befriend her for her to reveal her gifts!
Hope you enjoyed this post and thank you for visiting @papilloncharity
Beautiful macro photography! Thank you for all that you do!
@ironshield Thank you for the kind words and I think that the Lord said that a tree will be known by its fruits! Blessings to you my friend!
I was looking forward for this part 2 and it was well worth it. Love your macros!
@starjewel Thank you and sorry about the lack of Drags. but as soon as the weather improves, I am sure they will be around again. Got some beautiful Flamingos today, but decided to post the Blue Crane first. Blessings!
Gorgeous photos as always @papilloncharity! Those pear blossoms really are so pretty.
Thank you for sharing your work with us, blessings :)
@lizelle Glad that you liked them Lady Lizelle and thank you so much for your kind and regular support on our charity page. We should be finished with the adult diaper distribution by next Friday, then I will do a bumper post. Blessinds!
Beautiful, a walk would really be wonderful down on a farm to clear the mind right now Stephen.
Your post has been selected to be entered into @teamsouthafrica's Daily Nominated Post section in Teamsouthafrica's Discord group. Congratulations!
@joanstewart Thank you Lady Joan and your staunch support is also seriously appreciated. More final bad news has come today and can you believe that in the last 9 years of our marriage, we have moved 7 times? The first 7 years we stayed at the Papillon building in a converted projector room and when things became really dangerous in the suburb we were forced upon our nomad existence for the next 9 years. Totally ridiculous I know, but we have to do what we do.
Great photos as always @papilloncharity
@gholsa Thank you my friend and glad that you liked them!
