A most unusual African sunset!
My first time to see this strange rope like channel of the clouds!
As I said in the previous post, the clouds were sure to form a stunning sunset, but I didn't expect something like this. The whole day was filled with soft pastel like clouds and the winds drove them all over the place. What I think happened here at the sunset was that the wind across the ocean behind the mountains, formed a roller effect, or a tumbling effect on the clouds as it met with the inland winds. Almost like a high wind passing over a lower wind that is blowing in the opposite direction.
Let's have a look!
This was the picture that I posted yesterday before the start of the sunset. The two clouds at the right were combined into dual coils of cloud at sunset.
Here you can see the start of the process!
In the meantime this was going on at the opposite eastern side!
Beautiful isn't it?
Finally it was over and as I said, I have never seen this before!
It was indeed a terrific show that I can simply not describe and I must have taken about 100 shots at the shoe that was on in the west and simultaneously at the east. Too beautiful and colorful to describe, but so it is in life, as the Master creator is also a supreme artist. We hope you have enjoyed the show and the good news is that it will be cloudy for the next 2 weeks which means many more stunning sunsets.

A pleasure to brighten your day my friend and nature is to thank for it! Blessings!
Wind flow must have been powerful above to create cloud formation like that Stephen, only ever seen that once before it is a great spectacle.
Again tonight Lady Joan, but different in many ways based on the same principles. Also had a smattering of rain during tonight's sunset, but the colors were divine! Blessings!
