I'd like to know if the local government was part of the plan. That's a lot of tires! Maybe when someone needs to dispose of a tire they are encouraged to go put it on the maze. Is it a public works earthship in the making? very odd
That's a possibility as well... but it doesn't seem like a good idea. Tires are very inflammable and storing them like that, on open ground, in a parking lot? Seems like a recipe for disaster.
It's weird all right. Some kids or drunks could easily set those on fire. Maybe it's like a crop circle and aliens made it.
