I went to do some cleaning outside and barely saw this little fellow

It's hard to see, but this tiny frog decided to make the hose hanger its house. Had I not seen it I might have squashed it accidentally.

I carried on with my cleaning and went I got back it decided to stand on top of the hose, allowing for a better photo.

Our terrain is extremely limited so I generally don't see animals when cleaning out. But I also saw this:

I don't ever recall seeing this, so I'm curious to know what it is, if anyone knows do let me know.
