💐 LUXURY FISHING CELESIA! 💐

in #photography5 years ago

Good day to all who looked at my blog!

I continue my favorite flower heading!) And today I have an exotic, plush beauty Celosia comb. I like to use it when making bouquets. Fortunately today, presented a huge color palette and you can find the right one for each composition. Far from this wonderful plant resembles the human brain) Well, at least, my nephew says so to me when he sees our bushes on the site with a tseloziey. Fantasy fantasy, but something in it)

Celosia of the amaranth family. Such an interesting name comes from the Greek word kelos, which is translated as flaming. And this is understandable why) Most species and varieties are so bright that they can slaughter themselves, any plant in a flowerbed! Such beautiful, lush, velvet inflorescences, past which simply can not pass. I want to come and touch it - it's a miracle of nature)

In the wild, this plant can be found in Asia, America and Africa. Total known about 60 species. In horticultural crops are grown mainly: spikelet, comb and pinnate. If in nature the plant is most often represented as a perennial, then we prefer gardeners more than a one-year crop. All such plants from warm countries do not really tolerate our winters. And it is easier next year to sow the seeds again.

The color scheme, which is mainly found on our sites: all shades of red, pink, yellow, cream, white, scarlet, orange, golden. Like flames burning in the garden plots, attracting a lot of insects! Stems, usually branched or straight. Leaves rich green color.

The right place on your site, that's the key to good flowering! The place should be open and sunny, as closed as possible from strong drafts. Growing in a tropical climate, the plant does not tolerate cold. The soil should be loose, well-fertilized, so that before planting it is necessary to apply fertilizer. It is best of all to reproduce celesia by seeds, so all its decorative qualities are preserved. Seeds are planted on seedlings in April, March, and after frost has passed, in May, they can be planted in open ground

In general, care of the plant is not difficult. Watering moderate, time to remove the weeds, loosen the soil and of course do not forget to pamper your beauty with fertilizer.

Hope you liked the pictures!

Thank you all for your attention!
