If you checking places to visit in the city online you'll not find the word Caelum on the list. It's probably too small and unimportant to climb there.

But like everything in life, it's just a matter of perspective. For me is well worth it.

We were wandering the streets of Barcelona and spotted this quaint little Cafe on a triangular back street corner just off La Rambla in the Barri El Gotic section.

More by coincidence and with the help of the large window on the corner. We simply couldn't pass it after we took a detailed look at all the goodies behind the glass.

The street runs on both sides but it's impossible to pick the direction. You hit with the nose straight into the window.

But even when you choose the side you can't escape. The pastry shop has an entrance from both streets. Very smart and business-oriented owners. Congratulations.

Some antique handmade stuff. I like the big Easter egg the most.

A lot of sophisticated details.

The owner was reading a newspaper.

We get the feeling like we stepped back into 20 century.

All sweets are handmade and packed by hands. And with heart.

Wide selections of tea an coffee, and you can also get a hot chocolate or even vermouth.

They have a big basement for busy hours in it looks even better than main floor. And it was colder too.

It is a bit on the expensive side but you don't visit Barcelona often anyway.

I took this photo while we were waiting for the cappuccino and one bite was gone even before I grabbed my phone-camera.

I forgot the names but cakes were delicious.
