haha.... I think 4 kind of does it for the cute too.
There's a reason for ear cuts for stray cats in Singapore.
I did a search and found it's not just Singapore.

The Singapore Govt. was doing a great thing for the stray cats. The systemic sterilization for the stray cats is very important!
Still there are people not quite happy with this.
