The Road through the Forest

This morning I had to go to Meerbusch to see a doctor. With the bicycle I chose the fast way there. And I noticed the small road through the forest. So I took it. I don't know if I was there faster but it was worth it because of the photo here.
I noticed the many leaves on the side. This is actually not usual in summer. That's probably because the last 2 weeks have been bad weather and since two days the Sahara heat is here again.

Heute Morgen musste ich nach Meerbusch zum Arzt. Mit dem Fahrrad habe ich den schnellen Weg dahin gewählt. Und mir fiel die kleine Strasse durch den Wald auf. Also habe ich sie genommen. Ich weiss nicht ob ich dadurch schneller da war aber es hat sich wegen dem Fotos hier gelohnt.
Mir fielen die vielen Blätter an der Seite auf. Das ist eigentlich nicht üblich im Sommer. Das liegt sehr wahrscheinlich daran, dass in den letzten 2 Wochen ziemlich mieses Wetter war und seit zwei Tagen wieder die Sahara Hitze hier ist.
