Mint! And some butterflies.

There are several species of mint in bloom in my region at the moment.

There is water mint (Mentha aquatica):

Spear mint (Mentha spicata):

Field mint (Mentha arvensis):

Watermint and spearmint can form a hybrid called peppermint (no, I'm not making this up).

The areas where these plants grow smell strongly of mint, and they are good places to take photos of butterflies, as they seem to like the stuff.

A green-veined white (Pieris napi), klein geaderd witje in Dutch:
