City Details
Walking about in my home town and taking photos for a photo book, I sometimes come across an object that isn't easily identified, like this one:
Olympus Stylus 1s, 55mm, ISO400, f5.6, 1/25s
There was a whole row of them. I have since found out what they were for; can you?
Hint: it's not art.
These were used to chain those that had mental disorders before they were admitted to the hospital for treatment?

Nope. Moderately helpful hint: it was near a hospital.
Like a mystery, but need more clues. Like what kind of building is it on. What part of town is it in. Looks like it held something, that's for sure.

Near a hospital could be a clue. Maybe cots or litters rolled up and standing on end.
Nope. They would probably be stored inside.
