One question: what is the name of a realestate firm/agent down there that would help Americans who don't speak spanish to look for a "hacienda" like you are doing?
Yeah, it's not as cut and dry as one real estate firm. Most of them are out to get as much as they can so they're not necessarily concerned with you getting a good deal on it. It honestly involves a lot of legwork on ground with good people to trust
