The perfect photo

We will hardly make the perfect shot in this life. As the best we took so far, with the perfect framework and at the perfect moment, resulted "blurred", or because that one technically irreproachable had, in the end, no "soul" at all. Or even because, in the perfect moment, someone passed by in front (or behind!) the scene and turned it into something useless or a “blot”. So (and so the great Cartier-Bresson taught us), the best picture is always the one we will make tomorrow, and the first 10,000 are our worst (and he was form the “film” era, how would we multiply this today?). This gives the photographer a sense of anticipation, even excitement! The search, or even thinking about it, for the perfect picture or the unique and unrepeatable moment that will come! Should, therefore, the photographer be an eternal "seeker”, a discontented person? Should he be his major critic? Yes, but in a sense of nonconformity, of overcoming, as we must, moreover, be in life as well. But, as in life, he shall "see" and live the moment, enjoy it, even if, in the end, in the "develop" moment, we notice one or another "technique" imperfection. As in life, we shall let ourselves go and "enter" each scenario, in its "soul" and, hopefully, we will be able to see the result in the end. As in life. That’s why I love photography. I love photography. I love life!!
