Ok, technically - yes. Although ‘drie landen’ already spoils the surprise: this is on the border with other countries so the hill in a way is symbolic for leaving The Netherlands. The second hill is also located in that werid extention of the Netherlands pressed between Belgium and Germany. Everything outside of that extention is super super flat :D So Heuvel-land might refer to Limburg then? Interesting. It is a part of our country that barely integrates with the rest, so I’m not surprised I don’t even know :’)
