Take the Time for Love
Take the time each day to reach out to someone you haven't contacted in a long time and to share love with them. Our online culture is set up to isolate us and make us think we are engaging with our "friends." You have real friends out there that you haven't talked to or seen in a while. Identify them. Then, surprise them with a positive message of love. Tell them you want to see them soon and do your best to make it happen. Then, when you see them, hug them and tell them you love them again.
Identify another friend. Repeat.
The universe will pay it forward.
