Morning at the lake and cornflowers

I think it's time for me to diversify the underwater world, and share the beauty and tranquility of the lake on the surface. It's just one morning, something similar to the rest, but in some other way immeasurably different.



And it all started like this. We were shooting for the national park on the Valdai lake. I arrived there a couple of days before, and my friends had to join later.



They drove by car and got ahead of time. Already at 4 o'clock in the morning they reached the lake. And since they could not get into the house, they had to walk around and admire the landscape. Let me remind you that Lake Valaday is located in that part of Russia, where the nights in June are almost white.



Somewhere in an hour they began to knock on the windows. I woke up. But instead of going to the house and going to bed like all normal people, we went to take pictures of the sunrise. The first notes of the dawn were very promising.



And if it were not for the clouds that had thickened near the horizon, I think that the dawn would have turned out to be simply enchanting. Although he was a little pleased with us. I like sometimes to look simply in the sky, and that anything superfluous. It's impossible in the city, and in the forest too. Only on the plain or the lake, where the sky occupies the whole view.



And we found an amazing clearing with cornflowers just a few minutes walk from our house, and right on the shore of the lake. And it was worth at this early hour to wait for the first rays of sunshine through the clouds to see how everything around comes to life. And flowers literally absorb light, igniting like small flashlights.



Just a few minutes, and the sun was gone again behind the clouds. And no one knows where the lonely fisherman, in his boat, came from. And as if specially under the sun's rays. After that it was possible to go back already, to add a couple of sweet morning hours. And ahead there was a whole wonderful day, on the Valdai lake.
