Language of silence - 1

in #photography6 years ago (edited)

When you enter a temple the old stones talk the distinctive language of silence.

Seldomly visited the 5th century AD rock cut Cave, the Dhokeshwar Mahadeva Temple near Takali village is a marvel.

Dedicated to Shiva the inner sanctum of the temple house a Shiva Linga an egg shape stone set on a Yoni, the outward symbol of the formless being, the innermost self, emblem of the generative power in nature. It is adorned by a Cobra coiled three and half time on the Shiva Linga which represent the divine spiritual power within every human being, the Kundalini Shakti. This coiled power is dormant in us, when activated it pass trough all the  chakras one after another and get liberated or self realise.

Thus Shiva temples are dedicated to the ultimate purpose of a Life.

How is your Kundalini?.....

Nice one but where is this Takali Village? Is this In the State Of Mahatashtra???

Takali Dhokeshwar is in Ahmednagar District, Maharashtra, India. It is located at the intersection of the Mumbai - Vishakhapattanam highway (National Highway 222) and the Satara - Nashik road (State Highway 50).
