Is that a hairy beetle or a caterpillar?
This is the first time I've ever seen that kind of thing! I asked my son what it is, and he doesn't know what it is either. He's only seven years old (@cypressnao) but he's really into insects.

I know it's not a caterpillar, and it's flying.
" A rain beetle" or "a flying teddy bear"? I just googled "hairy flying beetle".
