Kali ini saya coba berbagi sebuah foto olahraga panjat tebing.
Olahraga ini termasuk salah satu olahraga ekstrem, dimana pada olahraga ini dibutuhkan nyali yang kuat untuk menghadapi ketinggian serta otot dan fisik yang kuat, olah raga ini cocok untuk yang suka tantangan dan memacu adrenaline, selain itu olahraga ini bisa melatih kita untuk fokus mencapai tujuan, bersikap ekstra hati hati dalam setiap mengambil tindakan dan juga melatih kesabaran kita untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan.

Foto ini saya ambil di depan gedung bekas cunda plaza kota Lhokseumawe.
