Dragon!
This fountain is not for drinking!
Though there are ladles provided, this fountain and others like it, found at the entrance to a shrine are for purification. The ladle is used to pour water over your hands and to rinse your mouth, just don't drink it!
I'll put up a longer post once I've collected some nice shrine and temple pictures, but for now I'll have to get to the restaurant for the work party.
Have a good Friday everyone!
Amazing
Thank you very much @syedwajeehshah!
That dragon looks menacing. The angle you have used to capture the photo emphasizes teeth and claws, capturing it's aggression. Good capture.

I request you to visit my latest blogs when you have time and leave your valuable comments. I have posted a blog about a mystique boat ride on the river Ganges today :)
Thanks @vm2904! I did check your post about the Ganges, very nice!

Thank you @krishnahazarika!
Rather motoshno looks! It seems like this is a real dragon!
Thanks, I had some nice evening sun coming from the side to add dramatic shadows!
It turned out great!
Wonderful imagery in black and white. Look forward to seeing more of your shrine and temple images Mark.
I'll be combing the archives and taking some new pictures to flesh out the details for some posts.
Cool dragon and story :)
Thanks @dek! Temples, shrines, churches etc are filled with little details and none of them are accidental. I know of a few more such details; I'll pay about them in the near future when I have some good pictures of said details. :)
Thanks for your support!
