Good afternoon steemians friend. How are you all? All is always in the protection of God Almighty.

Spent stock of taro powder. Today again lazy outin the oven, make a steamed aja. The aroma of taro is so yess. I intentionally use 20x20 size baking, because I want to fill with blueberry jam, so cut the cake into 2. If you want higher can use 18x18 pan. .

Well ,, this afternoon I will post about how to make TARO STEAMED CAKE Made by @ mustafa06. First I share the material - ingredients that need digunaka is A B and C.

Material A:
4 btr eggs
150 gr sugar (if you want more sweet can be added)
1 tsp cake emulsifier (SP)

Material B:
180 gr flour key / triangle
20 gr of taro powder
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 tsp baking powder
(stir well and sieve)

Material C:
100 ml of liquid milk uht
100 ml of cooking oil

The process of making it very easy that is:

How to make:

  1. A material mixer with high speed until white expands streak.
  2. Olesi a 20x20 baking dish with carlo (can use oil) and alasi with baking paper, spread again with carlo.
  3. Heat a moderate firewood, cover the lid with a clean cloth.
  4. Check the dough again, lower the speed mixer to low, insert material B bit by bit until well blended. Turn off mixer.
  5. Insert the ingredients C, stir with the spatula until the liquid does not settle.
  6. Pour the dough into the pan, and steam for about 25-30 minutes or until done.
  7. Immediately remove the pan from the steamer, let it cool, just remove the cake from the baking sheet.

Cut the cake into 2, smear the surface with blueberry jam, pile the cake again and decorate according to taste. Serve

Selamat siang sahabat steemians. Apa kabar kalian semua? Semua selalu dalam lindungan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa.

Menghabiskan stok bubuk taro. Hari ini lagi malas keluarin oven, bikin yg kukus aja . Aroma taro nya semerbakkk yess. Sengaja saya pakai loyang ukuran 20x20, karna mau saya isi dengan selai blueberry, jadi cakenya potong menjadi 2. Kalau mau lebih tinggi bisa pakai loyang 18x18. .

Baiklah,,siang ini saya akan memposting tentang cara membuat TARO STEAMED CAKE Made by @mustafa06. Terlebih dahulu saya membagi kan bahan - bahannya yang perlu digunaka adalah A B dan C.

Bahan A:
4 btr telur
150 gr gula pasir (bila ingin lebih manis bisa ditambahkan)
1 sdt cake emulsifier (SP)

Bahan B:
180 gr terigu kunci / segitiga
20 gr bubuk taro
1 sdt vanilla powder
1 sdt baking powder
(aduk rata dan ayak)

Bahan C:
100 ml susu cair uht
100 ml minyak goreng

Adapun proses pembuatannya sangat mudah yaitu:

Cara membuat:

  1. Mixer bahan A dengan kecepatan tinggi sampai mengembang putih berjejak.
  2. Olesi loyang 20x20 dgn carlo (bisa pakai minyak)dan alasi dgn baking paper, oles lagi dgn carlo.
  3. Panaskan kukusan dgn api sedang, alasi tutup dengan kain bersih.
  4. Cek adonan lagi, turunkan speed mixer ke rendah, masukkan bahan B sedikit demi sedikit sampai tercampur rata. Matikan mixer.
  5. Masukkan bahan C, aduk balik dgn spatula sampai cairan tidak ada yg mengendap.
  6. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang, dan kukus sekitar 25-30 menit atau sampai matang.
  7. Segera keluarkan loyang dari kukusan, biarkan hingga dingin, baru keluarkan cake dari loyang.

Potong cake menjadi 2, oles permukaan dengan selai blueberry, tumpuk cake lagi dan hias sesuai selera. Sajikan
