Good morning steemians friends. How are you all? All is always in the protection of God Almighty.

Well ,, this morning I will post about yellow pumpkin by @ mustafa06.

First I share the materials - ingredients that need digunaka is

500 gr glutinous rice / bgus quality, wash soak 2 - 3 hours then steam 15 min
250 ml thick coconut milk, cooked with 2 pieces of pandan and 1 teaspoon salt smp boil, then mix to ketan td
Steam until mateng, then move it to the pan and press "dense

Ingredients of pumpkin tuna

400 grams of steamed yellow squash
400 ml thick coconut milk
200 gr sugar
100 gr sago
100 rice flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

How to do / create

In a container mixed with sugar, sago flour, rice flour, salt, then blender pumpkin with coconut milk pour into flour mixture flat, steamed lg sticky 10 min ago then pour ingredients talam pumpkin on top steamed lg 30 min cold cut, happy baking

Baiklah,,pagi ini saya akan memposting tentang kenrang labu kuning by @mustafa06.

Terlebih dahulu saya membagi kan bahan - bahannya yang perlu digunaka adalah

500 gr beras ketan /kwalitas bgus, cuci bersih rendam 2 - 3 jam lalu kukus 15 mnt
250 ml santan kental, di masak dgn 2 helai pandan dan 1 sdt garam smp mendidih, lalu campurkan ke ketan td
Kukus sampe mateng, lalu pindah kan ke loyang lalu tekan” yg padat

Bahan talam labu

400 gr labu kuning kukus
400 ml santan kental
200 gr gula pasir
100 gr sagu
100 tepung beras
1/2 sdt garam

Adapun proses pembuatannya sangat mudah yaitu:

Di wadah campur gula, tepung sagu, tepung beras, garam, lalu blender labu dgn santan tuang ke bahan tepung aduk rata, kukus lg ketan tadi 10 mnt lalu tuang bahan talam labu ke atas kukus lg 30 mnt dingin potong, happy baking
