Well on this sunny day I want to invite all friends steemit all to listen to some healthy chicken sausage reseb from me, good luck
Material:
Milled chicken meat 300 grams
75 gram of shaved ice
2 tablespoons tapioca flour
Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
Egg white 1 egg
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Water 1 liter
Sausage casing (if no, can use ice plastic)
How To Make Healthy Chicken Sausage:
Puree the chicken and some of the ice with a food processor until smooth.
Add spices such as salt, sugar, garlic powder, pepper powder, and egg whites, stirring until smooth.
Then enter the dough of healthy chicken sausage into the sausage casing (ice plastic), tie the edges.
Boil chicken sausage healthy until cooked, chill.
Fried sausages or to taste.

Nah di hari yang cerah ini saya ingin mengajak para2 sahabat steemit semua untuk menyimak beberapa reseb sosis ayam sehat dari saya , semoga meyukai
Bahan:
Daging ayam giling 300 gram
Es serut 75 gram
Tepung tapioka 2 sendok makan
Merica bubuk 1/2 sendok teh
Bawang putih bubuk 1/2 sendok teh
Putih telur 1 butir
Garam secukupnya
Gula pasir secukupnya
Air 1 liter
Casing sosis ( jika tidak ada , bisa menggunakan plastik es )
Cara Membuat Sosis Ayam Sehat:
Haluskan ayam dan sebagian es dengan food processor hingga benar halus.
Masukkan bumbu seperti garam, gula, bubuk bawang putih, merica bubuk, dan putih telur, aduk sampai rata.
Kemudian masukkan adonan sosis ayam sehat ke dalam casing sosis (plastik es), ikat bagian ujungnya.
Rebus sosis ayam sehat hingga matang, dinginkan.
Goreng sosis atau sesuai selera. Selamat mencoba ya
