Well ,, this morning I will post about making banana milk pastry that I made this afternoon. Hehehe

First I share the materials - ingredients that need digunaka is
Material :
1 pack of ready-made pastry leather (sy wear to taste)
2 plantain, cut the box
Cheese cheese to taste, cut the box
Chocolate chips to taste
Raisins to taste

400 ml of liquid milk
100 gr sugar caster
1 egg
3 egg yolks
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 tsp vanilla

The process of making it very easy that is:

How to make :

  • smear banana mold Tokyo with margarine
  • place the pastry skin on the table or cutting board, sprinkle the flour, mop the skin pastry (do not be too thin yes let me tear)

Selamat malam sahabat steemians. Apa kabar kalian semua? Semua selalu dalam lindungan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa.

Baiklah,,pagi ini saya akan memposting tentang bacara membuat banana milk pastry yang saya buat sore ini. Hehehe

Terlebih dahulu saya membagi kan bahan - bahannya yang perlu digunaka adalah
Bahan :
1 bungkus kulit pastry siap pakai (sy pakai secukupnya)
2 pisang raja, potong kotak
Keju cheedar secukupnya, potong kotak
Cokelat chips secukupnya
Kismis secukupnya

Filling :
400 ml susu cair
100 gr gula kastor
1 butir telur
3 kuning telur
2 sdm tepung maizena
1/4 sdt vanila

Adapun proses pembuatannya sangat mudah yaitu:

Cara membuat :

  • oles cetakan banana Tokyo dgn margarin
  • letakkan kulit pastry di atas meja atau talenan,taburi tepung, giling kulit pastry (jangan terlalu tipis ya biar ga sobek)
  • ambil cetakan banana, letakkan dg posisi bagian rongga menghadap kebawah (org Jawa bilang, ngeblat) potong kulit pastry, lebihkan 0,5cm - 1cm dari cetakan banana sisi bentuknya ya
  • tata kulit pastry yg sudah dipotong kedalam cetakan banana tokyo, pastikan rapi, jika ada lebih di pinggir cetakan bisa dipotong memakai pisau
  • jangan lupa panaskan oven dulu
  • campurkan semua bahan filling dalam wadah, kocok pakai whisk, hingga gula larut dan tercampur rata
  • isi kulit pastry dengan pisang, keju, cokelat chips dan kismis, ga usah terlalu penuh secukupnya aja
  • tuang adonan filling jangan sampai penuh
  • oven dengan suhu 210°c selama 25 menit (kenali oven masing2 ya)
