Today in history (2016), the Panama papers were published. They refer to 11.5 million classified documents from the foreign law firm Mosac Fonseca, which revealed widespread illegal activities including fraud, tyranny, tax evasion and the violation of international sanctions by the world's biggest ever data leak.
