Festival of Lights

Recently there was a festival time in India and every place was lit with differently. The festival is known as Diwali and many foreigners know it as the "festival of lights".

The festival is known as the win of good over evil, so many remember it as removal of darkness/ignorance and replacing it with colourful lights/knowledge.

The photograph above was taken when I was visiting a temple of lord Ganesha in Pune.
