APEC photo contest jury announced 10 photos in the final and will be awarded in November in Da Nang.

The APEC Annual APEC Annual Photo Contest is open to photographers from all 21 APEC countries and territories.

This year, the theme for the APEC 2017 Photo Competition held in Danang is Trade for all .

The contest ended on September 29, with over 2,600 photographs taken.

First prize of SGD 2,000 (SGD).

Second prize worth SGD 1,500, third prize worth SGD1,000.

In addition, the contest also won the public vote and Instagram Photo Award (valued at 750 SGD).

Photojournalist Truong Huu Hung (Phan Thiet) - who was invited to the jury with multiple award winners (second prize in 2014, 2015, 2016) said:

"The APEC Photo Contest is for creative but realistic images." The theme of the annual competition often includes issues such as economic development, the environment, the construction of life, and so on. Machines can discover, creativity.
Photographer Truong Huu Hung also shared that because this year Vietnam hosted APEC, the number of Vietnamese photographers competed more than other photographers.

Among the 10 authors in the final, Vietnam has three authors: Tran Dinh Thuong (Phan Thiet), Truong Vinh (HCMC), Kieu Anh Dung (Bac Lieu).
