Once top secret and still somehow hidden, at least it was some years ago when I tried to find it.
No signs where it is, but every road that might lead there, or at least close to it, had large signs saying "eramaa", "... keelatud" (private land , ... forbidden) and I wasn't sure how seriously this is taken.
