Happy Birthday to Gal Gadot.

Today Ms. Gal Gadot celebrates her 33rd year on earth. While we all know she is incredible on the screen she is quite incredible off the screen as well.

In 2004 she was crowned Miss Israel at 18 years old.

Not long after she was crowned Miss Israel she went and served two years in the IDF (Israeli Defense Force) as a combat trainer.

Her big Break actually came during her time in the IDF. Maxim was shooting a spread titled "Chosen Ones: Israeli Defense Forces," which asked "Are the women of the IDF the worlds sexiest soldiers? When combined with her exposure as Miss Israel and the Maxim spread she was brought to the attention of modeling agencies and casting directors.

Her training in the forces Provoked her to do some of her own stunts, as a matter of fact on the fast and the furious she did all of her own stunts. She has openly said her time in the military was "good training for Hollywood". This just adds to her bad ass superhero Goddess aurora she gives off.

The Israelis are known for not taking no bologna or not doing something they don't want too. Gal is a great example of a strong person who would say "Fuck this! This is bull shit! I ain't doing this!" or what ever else she would yell out in that adorable accent she has. Well she wouldn't exactly say that because Gal is a classy gal. What she did say in an interview with People Magazine about her time running for Miss universe in 2004 was "I showed up late to everything. They make you wear evening gowns for breakfast. I didn't wear evening gowns to breakfast. I didn't wear my make up."

I can't help but hear her accent in my head when I read that.

Gal does what she wants.

She steals any scene that she's in, and has a look and swagger about her that no one else can match.
