Great, feeling so good, excellent pics
Without a doubt you uploaded a really interesting photos.
May we hear a story behind it?
Thank you for the compliment. Well, there are a few stories to tell. One story is how I ended up in Argentina in the first place (I tell this story, more or less, in my introduction -> https://steemit.com/introduceyourself/@mishrahsigni/terrorists-and-tango). The other story is simply my fascination with tango, combined with my love of photography.
Of the photos there is an interesting story. The B&W shots with the checkered floor is a milonga (a place where people dance tango) in a semi-abandoned park that used to be very beautiful when it was run by the military dictatorship some years ago. There were rides in the park (I have a gallery of those images I will publish soon as well), but a child was killed on one of these rides and as a result the rides were all closed down, but never removed. For 40 years they have remained as weed covered memorials of rust. Today people gather there to dance tango, which seems appropriate as tango, in it's authentic form, is a dance of deep sadness and loss.
The sepia images, the red woman and red window, the man on balcony (me) and the two-headed ghost (also me) between two beauties, were taken in a milonga I used to run in a house that was once owned by Che Guevara's grandmother, where she ran a school for children. Sadly, that building is about to be torn down. It was in this milonga that one night one of our regular, old world, tango dancers gave me the jacket he would always wear when he came dressed up to dance. I was curious as to why. The next day he was found hanging from a rope in his apartment. He left a note saying life was just too lonely a road to travel.
The colorful images, the B&W shots of the floor with a stage, and the shots of the orchestra are all from one evening at "Maldita Milonga" (cursed milonga), a well known venue for the excellent tango orchestra "El Afronte", and where I occasionally "taxi" dance (i.e. get paid to dance with the certain clientele)
I feel the heat of passion!

Thanks for these pictures Mishrahsigni, a fraction of my mind is always wondering about Buenos Aires and Tango.
yes, that is how is starts, with just a fraction... then, with every embrace on the tango floor, every warm night that carries the sounds of laughter, opera, tango, and 60's rock and roll, that fraction grows and grows until it takes over. I have never been to any place in the world where so many people have said to me the that once they were here they just could not leave.
Love it!
